Do you offer a Santa letter for newborns?
Absolutely! We understand how important a baby's
first Christmas can be! Just place your order and select the "First Born Letter" option when using our checkout process.

I have more than 1 child, will Santa send them all the same letter?
Each letter is unique. We offer four different letters from
Santa, this will ensure that each child will recieve a different
letter from Santa.

When will my child's letter be mail?
We process all orders within 48 hours. However, all letters
will be mailed within the first 2 weeks of December. All orders must be placed by Dec 8th, 11pm EST to receive the North Pole postmark.
After this time, Santa Letters can still be purchased but will be sent from Minneapolis, MN with the help of Santa's little helper.

Will I receive a confirmation that my order went through?
Yes. Santa Mail Post will send an email confirmation immediate
once an order has been completed.

How do I make changes to my order?
Although it will not ship out until December, we cannot
make changes to your order after 24 hours. If you have any

Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 30 Day Money Back Gaurantee. If you and
your child are not happy with the letter, return the letter
and we will refund your order 100%. (Less the shipping fee.)
